The Chief Minister also announced that the government would also waive off the interest on all loans taken by Development of Women and Children in Rural Areas (DWCRA) groups if they repay their instalments on time. He also assured that the government would establish model schools in 64 mandals in the district accompanied with junior colleges.

Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the government was making efforts to provide 50,000 jobs for unemployed youth in a span of three years in the district. He also reiterated that the government would provide 15 lakh jobs to unemployed youth within three years under public-private partnership mode.

To bridge the gap between industries and education, the Chief Minister said the skills among youth would be honed by providing training at mandal headquarters under Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu programme.

Responding to skyrocketing prices of essential commodities, he said that a committee has been appointed under the chairmanship of Cabinet Minister to look into the issue.
