Mind your language: Renuka to KCR

All India Congress Committee official spokesperson Renuka Choudhary on Friday slammed Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K Chandrasekhar Rao for bringing disrepute to the Telangana culture and traditions by speaking in a abusive manner.

Talking to media persons at her Camp Office, Renuka Choudhary took serious note on TRS president using rough language and advised him to change his style of talking. Stating that she was not against formation of Telangana state, she said the state formation would be possible only with the consultation process and not by issuing threats and challenges in the name of agitations.

The former MP advised KCR and Telangana Political Joint Action Committee chairman Prof Kodandaram to stop all agitations henceforth, which are causing inconvenience to the people. Stating that she was born in Telangana, the fire brand leader said there was no need for her to take anyone’s permission or visa to visit her home.

Renuka Chowdhary denied of Congress hand behind the CBI raids in connection with the disproportionate case against Kadapa MP and YSR Congress party president Jaganmohan Reddy. She said the searches were conducted following directions from the AP High Court.

Hailing civil activist Anna Hazare’s crusade against corruption, she found fault with the way agitation for Lokpal Bill is being organised.

Congratulating K Rosaiah on his appointment as Governor of Tamil Nadu, she praised the Centre for picking up an efficient person for the coveted post. It is the proof that those who work with loyalty, dedication and commitment get elevated to higher posts in the Congress party, she said.
