The Minister’s denial of differences between Telangana and Rayalaseema came at a time when leaders from both the sides chose to take different stands  on one section favoring united Andhra state and another section (within the Congress legislators) put in their papers before the Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar and expressed their resolve to work for ‘Telangana.’

When asked about the Seemandhra meeting which was scheduled for July 16, at Vijayawada, the Minister clarified that there were no differences among them. And he was to attend the meeting but could not do so due to tender finalization on Arogyasri scheme.
