No pact between Jagan, BJP

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader M Venkaiah Naidu on Friday said that Pradesh Congress Committee president D Srinivas has lost his mental balance and was thus resorting to making ‘absurd’ statements.

According to reports reaching here, Mr Naidu told media persons in Chennai that Mr Srinivas has lost his mental balance after suffering defeats at the hands of voters twice in succession.

This mental imbalance had prompted Mr Srinivas to give bandy about conspiracy theories that the Bjp and YSR Congress Party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy had entered into a secret pact to come to power in Andhra Pradesh.

He advised Mr Srinivas to contact a psychiatrist and undergo treatment to regain his mental acumen.

Mr Naidu further said that there was absolutely no mention of any pact between the Bjp and YSR Congress Party at any place and by anyone except Mr Srinivas. He added that there is no reason for the Bjp to enter a `secret pact’ with Mr Jaganmohan Reddy and the party has no `hidden agenda’ to come to power in the state as alleged by the PCC chief.
