How much is needed for Vijay freebies

Vijay created an tsunami in Tamil Nadu's assembly elections with his new party TVK. Just like all parties, he instead of talking about development, came to power by promising various freebies.
Now analysts are figuring out how much is needed to implement Vijay's freebies. In the first year itself, Vijay requires Rs 42000crs to implement his promises. Currently the state is under Rs 1.22 lakh crores deficit and it will be a huge burden for the treasury.
Vijay's manifesto as attractive scheme for women and according to it, he promised to increase current Rs 1000 money credit to Rs 2500. This will increase the current Rs 14,111 crs yearly expenses to Rs 36,029 annually. He is also planning to increase free electricity from 100 units to 200 units and the subsidy will increase by Rs 12000crs. This will be an additional burden of Rs 4248crs to the state government.
Increase of old age, widow and disabled people pension to Rs 3000 will add another Rs 8800crs and free six cylinders will cost Rs 7074crs, financial support to farmers by Rs 15000 increased Rs 1941crs. So there is no revenue generation and only he should depend on debts. Already Tamil Nadu is facing deficit budget and Vijay cannot fulfil there promises without additional funds from the Union Government. This will result in economic turmoil.
