Jagan to review YSRCP shock decimation. Following a significant defeat in the recent elections, YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has initiated a comprehensive review of the results. The former Chief Minister, despite the setback, remains calm and composed, seeking to understand the reasons behind the party's performance.

The YSRC suffered a resounding defeat, winning only 11 MLA seats, a far cry from their previous majority.  This outcome has left the party's rank and file in shock and has raised questions about the party's future.  The low Assembly strength could even prevent the YSRC from achieving the status of opposition leader.

The review process involves gathering insights from party candidates and leaders.  Many within the party are struggling to comprehend the reasons for the defeat, considering the YSRC's successful implementation of welfare schemes and fulfillment of its Navaratnalu promises.

Senior leaders acknowledge the party's efforts in connecting with the people through the Gadapa Gadapuku program. However, they believe the Navaratnalu Plus 2.0 initiative might have failed to resonate with voters, while the Telugu Desam and Jana Sena's Super Six manifesto proved more appealing.

Jagan Mohan Reddy, while acknowledging the defeat, emphasizes the party's continued public support.
