Finally, Congress announces Revanth Reddy as the CM.The Congress party has officially declared Revanth Reddy as the incoming Chief Minister, as announced by Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal. President Mallikarjuna Kharge made it clear that after careful consideration of the resolutions presented during the Telangana Congress CLP meeting, Revanth Reddy will continue as the Chief Minister.

Observing the resolutions passed during the Telangana CLP meeting, the party president received three key resolutions. The first expressed gratitude to the people for the resounding victory in Telangana, while the second conveyed thanks to President Mallikarjuna Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul, and Priyanka Gandhi for their contributions.

Notably, the third resolution was pivotal, as it indicated that the MLAs had collectively decided to entrust the selection of the CLP leader to the party leadership. KC Venugopal elaborated on this, stating that after a thorough examination of the report, discussions with senior party members, and careful consideration, the party has unanimously chosen Revanth Reddy to serve as the Chief Minister.
