Chandra Babu gets Conditional Bail. The Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted interim bail for Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, with Justice T Mallikarjuna Rao providing a four-week interim bail on medical grounds.

However The Court barred Chandra Babu from participating and addressing any political rallies or statements and also said he should be confined only to house and hospital as the bail has been issued on medical grounds. The court directed AP government to provide Z+ security to Chandra Babu and added that it will not involve in the security of Chandra Babu.

Naidu's legal team highlighted to the court that he has been in custody for fifty days without any substantial allegations in the Remand Report of the Skill Development case. They emphasized his deteriorating health condition and the urgent need for a cataract operation.

However, the government's lawyers argued that these health issues are age-related and that the cataract operation is not an immediate necessity, suggesting that Naidu is using medical grounds to secure bail.In the end, after reviewing the medical reports, the judge ruled in favor of Chandrababu Naidu.

Additionally, Chandrababu's legal team has submitted a Regular Bail application, while the government's lawyers have requested more time to prepare their arguments. This case will be scheduled for a future hearing. As a result, Chandrababu Naidu is set to be released from custody after spending fifty-two days in what seems to be a questionable case.
