CBN Arrest: IT Employees Become Scapegoats

Software Engineers become TDP pawns. It is known that right after the arrest of Chandra Babu Naidu, TDP called for a state-wide bandh in Andhra Pradesh. To derive maximum sympathy out of it, as Chandra Babu Naidu claims himself to be the architect of Hi Tech city and Cyberabad in Hyderabad, the party gave a call to all the Telugu IT professionals to express their solidarity and come in support of Chandra Babu Naidu by protesting at Wipro Circle, Gachchibowli, Hyderabad.

Following the call of TDP to protest protest under the banner "I Am With CBN." many IT officials yesterday came out in support of Chandra Babu Naidu leaving their offices in working hours. But it is a known fact that private companies do not allow its employees to leave the office premises and participate in political protests unlike Government officials who can do protests like pen down etc.

In the process software engineers became pawns in TDP and now they are facing the music from their company bosses. HR of various companies started sending notices to the employees who participated in the protests.

Speaking to scribes, HR officials said only a few politically motivated people instigated the employees and they fell into the trap without knowing the consequences. He said weak-minded employees got carried away and added companies do not endorse or tolerate such behavior.
