Chiranjeevi challenges young stars as a ruthless thug

Chiranjeevi experimenting with Bholaa Shankar. Chiranjeevi is getting ready to entertain movie lovers with his film Bholaa Shankar which is releasing on 11 Aug 2023.

The film is a remake of Tamil film Vedhalam and is directed by Meher Ramesh. The film stars Tamannaah as the female lead while Keerthy Suresh is playing the role of Chiranjeevi's sister.

Sources say Chiranjeevi is reinventing himself playing the role of a ruthless thug in Bholaa Shankar. A distributor analysing Chiranjeevi's mindset says "Probably, Chiranjeevi wanted to break away from his established image and try out something new," He adds, ‘With new-age actors like Allu Arjun tasting success with a grey role in ‘Pushpa’, maybe Chiranjeevi also wanted to experiment with this shade to offer some variety to his huge fan following and audience alike. However, he transforms into a good-hearted brother towards the end, a kind of redemption,"

Mahati Swara Sagar is the music director while  Sushanth, Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Ravi Shankar, Tulasi, Sri Mukhi, Surekha Vani, Hyper Adhi, Harsha Chemudu are starring in important roles.
