Meter Movie: Story Review
Meter story is all about a youngster who becomes a cop much against his wishes and the developments related to it and how he deals with them. Arjun Kalyan (Kiran Abbavaram) detests police after watching his father, a honest officer getting insulted repeatedly. He never shares this to his father who dreams of seeing him as a powerful police officer.
But as fate would have it, he lands in a police job and gets posting as SI at Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad. He tries his best to get ousted from the job getting ideas from his friend (Sapthagiri). All these acts however turn him even more powerful but he gets a shock in form of Home Minister ByReddy(Dhanush Pawan). Where this leads to and how it effects his girl friend (Athulyaa Ravi), Commissioner Krishna Murali (Posani Krishna Murali) should be seen on the screen.
Meter Movie: Rating Analysis
Altogether, Meter is a routine and senseless film. Kiran Abbavaram's Meter directed by Ramesh Kaduri turned out to be silly and outdated. Ramesh Kaduri tried to establish Kiran Abbavaram as a mass hero but he completely failed with his story, screenplay and direction. Meter comes with a tagline Measure of Passion but passion is missing throughout. The film tuned out to be a colossal disaster and Kiran Abbavaram should know his strengths and do films accordingly rather than crave for mass image and burn his hands. He should learn from stars like Nikhil and Adivi Sesh and create a niche for himself. Considering all these points, Cinejosh goes with a maximum 1 Rating for Meter.
