Meera Jasmine was a popular actress during 2000's. This Malayalam actress has won National award for her perfomance in Malayalam movie, Paadam Omni: Oru Vilapam. She became popular with Tamil films Run and Yuva pairing with Madhavan. Meera even became a popular heroine in Telugu acting besides stars like Pawan Kalyan in Gudumba Shankar, Raviteja in Bhadra and Balakrishna in Maharadhi. Her last notable Telugu film was A Aa E Ee with Srikanth in 2009. Though she was seen in Malayalam films, most of them went unnoticed and she completely vanished from other languages after marriage.

The well-known actress is all set play an important role in the movie produced by Zee Studios and Kiran Korrapati Creative Works. The filming is expected to begin soon.
