Why is there such a huge gap following the blockbuster Kumar 21F?

After finishing the first film Current, I joined the Sukumar Gari writing team. Kumari 21F thought came to Sukumar garu during this process, and I got the chance to direct the film and it went on to become a blockbuster. I thought doing Rangasthalam and Pushpa films would be a huge plus for me. Traveling with Sukumar taught me a lot.

What made you choose this story after Kumari 21F?

This story is about the characters' journey; we enter their world, all kinds of emotions are mixed in it, that's why I chose this story.

It's not just a feel-good love story; it's full of emotions, and the audience will be questioning themselves for two hours while watching the film. This film has a feeling of connection, fun, and the anticipation of what will happen next. The ending of the film will stay with you long after you've left the theatre.

Nikhil's fame changed after Karthikeya 2? So, what changes have occurred in this story?

We've treated story as it is, and our entire team believes in it. My guru Sukumar brother taught me that the only thing that matters is the story. Nikhil is now a pan-India star, so I had to make some changes, but not in the story. Similarly, Nikhil stated that, whatever story we tell, we must respect it and tell the same story.
