Drishyam 2 Inching Towards 100cr

Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 2 is a runaway hit at the boxoffice. The film opened to packed houses and rave reviews. It is in no mood to slow down even on weekdays. As Bhediya is slated to release on November 25th, Drishyam 2 has one day left of its free run at the ticket windows. The sequel to 2015 smash hit, Drishyam has emerged as a winner unanimously for its gripping narration with engaging twists.

Drishyam 2 collected Rs 9.50 Crs on its 6th day taking the total to Rs 96 crores. The film is all set to cross Rs 100 crores on its 7th day. Drishyam 2 is fifth film in 2022 to go past Rs 100 crore mark in Bollywood. Directed by Abhishek Pathak, this crime thriller has given new hope to Hindi films by drawing audiences to theatres as many Bollywood biggies are failing to do so. The film also stars Tabu, Akshaye Khanna and Shriya in other key roles.
