The film was directed by SJ.Suryah turned out to be the cult romantic classic and apart from Pawan Kalyan and Bhumika Chawla's romance, the songs tuned by Mani Sharma turned out to be chartbusters of all time.

Even now, people always wonder how could the makers include a full-length Hindi song Ye Mera Jahaan in the film. The song tuned by Melody Brahma Manisharma and sung in an energetic manner by singer KK left all stunned.

Now Manisharma speaking to scribes, revealed that it was Pawan Kalyan who insisted on having the full-length Hindi song and predicted it to be a hit. Manisharma said, as predicted by Pawan Kalyan the song turned out to be an evergreen hit. Also that Khushi movie created history as a cult classic.
