Yesteryear actor family in a pitiable condition

Movie lovers cannot forget yesteryear's actor Kanta Rao. During his days, Kantha Rao his handsome and charming personality gave tough competition to Legends like NTR and ANR. He created a niche for himself by doing folklore films and starred in more than 400 films. Due to his fights swirling swords in the roles of Prince, King, and Warrior, he got the nickname Katti Kantarao.

However, it is coming out that his family is living in a pitiable condition. Kantha Rao's son Raja came with an emotional request to the government of Telangana. He said his family is staying in a rented house and their financial situation is extremely worse. Speaking at the event organized at Ravindra Bharati celebrating his father Kantha Rao's centenary birth year celebrations, he said " I am happy to participate in the centenary celebrations. My father loves the film industry a lot and so out of passion he made films selling off his properties. Due to this, we plunged into financial problems. To top of it, we spent a lot when my father suffered from cancer and for treatment. Currently, I am doing a job and looking after my family staying in a rented house on the outskirts. We did not get any help from the film industry. We request the Telangana government only one thing. Please help us by allowing a house'

Will the film industry listen and take the initiative or will the Telangana government step in to help the family of a legendary actor.
