Directors not hearing wakeup calls

Generally, when a debutante scores a  hit, he will be flooded with crazy offers. When this is the case with newcomers in the film industry, one can imagine the state of the top celebrities. They will be always busy with numerous offers. Under these circumstances, people are wondering why directors who scored resounding hits are remaining in silent mode instead of being busy with a handful of projects.

Trivikram Srinivas is known as a wizard of words and he scored a blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapuramlo with Allu Arjun. Already two years passed by and still doubts are on over his project with Mahesh Babu. Koratala Shiva scored four hits in five years with top stars and he tasted a debacle with Chiranjeevi's Acharya. He is in silent mode and one is not sure when his film with NTR goes to sets. Anil Ravipudi scored a hit with F3 and already six months passed but he is still waiting to take his project with Balakrishna to sets.

Same is the case with Harish Shankar who scored a hit with Gaddalakonda Ganesh. He has been waiting for years for the dates of Pawan Kalyan to put his project Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh on track. But it may not happen in near future as Pawan is busy with his political party Jana Sena. Sekhar Kammula scored a hit with Fidaa and Love Story but his next with Dhanush is not moving forward as Dhanush is busy with other projects. Kalyan Krishna after entertaining all with Soggade Chinni Nayana and Bangarraju is left with no offers.

Chandoo Mondeti created a sensation with Karthikeya 2 across the country but till now he is yet to sign his next. Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Arjun Reddy, and Kabir Singh sensations are yet to line up their next tough he is busy with Ranbir Kapoor's Animal and rumors have it that his next is Spirit with Prabhas. Buchchi Babu Sana after Uppena won many accolades and many top stars showed interest to team with him. But till now he is yet to line up his next with NTR. Venky Kudumula is silent for more than two years after scoring a hit with Bheeshma while Gautam Tinnanuri is silent after Jersey.

Parasuram is yet to sign his next after Sarkaru Vaari Paata and doubts are on over his next with Naga Chaitanya. VV.Vinayak is known for his blockbusters but after Intelligent in 2018, he is yet to line up his next though he is still working on the Chatrapati remake in Hindi. The fate of Pawan Kalyan's directors Venu Sriram and Sagar K Chandra is even more pitiable. Even though they scored hits with Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak, they did not get the credit as Trivikram Srinivas got everything and they did not get any offers. Movie lovers are shouting at the ears of these directors asking them when they will get up from their Kumbhkarn sleep. Viewers are reminding them that they are not kumbhakarns. Are they hearing?
