Director Om Raut has begun the motion capture of the much-talked about film Adipurush today, Januray 19. Sharing the update, Prabhas tweeted, “Motion capture begins. Creating the world of #Adipurush.” Reportedly, this is the test shoot before the team commences actual shoot.
Prabhas would also join the shoot shortly. Speaking about the motion capture, producer and T Series head Bhushan Kumar said, "At T- Series, we have always encouraged new ideas and concepts & this coupled with cutting edge technology, paves the way for the future of filmmaking. Om and his team are creating an entire world of Adipurush with the latest technology, commonly used in international cinema but will be explored in Indian filmmaking for the first time. We are proud to bring to our audiences - Adipurush."
Adipurush is one the big-ticket films in India which will have lot of VFX and 3D technology involved in the making. The team reporetdly is in talks with Hollywood technicians who have worked for Avatar and Star Wars to rope in for Adipurush.
Touted to have a budget of Rs 400 crores, the film will have multi-lingual releases including in foreign languages. Based on mythological epic- Ramayan, Saif Ali Khan will be seen Lankesh.
The makers are yte to zero down the female lead, but buzz has it that Kriti Sanon has high chances to get cast.
