Krish Continues To Surprise Balakrishna

While Rajamouli took years to complete his prestigious project Baahubali, it took nearly 100 working days for director Krish to complete production works of Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni. Actually, wrapping up the film in limited number of days has helped the film to be made within estimated budget.

The sole reason for Balakrishna preferring to choose Krish for his dream project NTR, biopic on NTR, is he is capable of giving best output in less number of days. After Teja opted out of the project owing to personal grounds, Balakrishna and team looked at many options such as K Raghavendra Rao, Puri Jagannadh, Krishna Vamsi etc. There were even reports that, Balakrishna himself will direct the film in the supervision of Raghavendra Rao.

However, Balakrishna wanted to rope in Krish since he knows his capabilities. In fact, in current generation directors, Krish is best when it comes to making historical and high budget films at good pace.

Meanwhile, NTR shoot began recently and Krish is said to have surprised Balakrishna once again with his work style. Balakrishna who likes to complete his films in quick session is more than happy with the way Krish is handling his most ambitious project and he is optimistic of releasing the film on scheduled date during Sankranthi.
