Producers consider market value of hero when they have to take a decision on a film’s budget. Even if a film has huge span, it is risky to spend budget higher than business of the hero’s biggest hit film.
Apparently, producers of upcoming flick Goodachari who have spent Rs 18 crore are of the opinion that their film is so engaging that it can certainly recover the spending. Guess what, they have allocated Rs 3 crores for promotions alone. This is indeed nearly double the production cost of Sesh’s previous film Kshanam.
We can observe unique and vigorous promotions from Goodachari film unit. Besides the usual practice of giving interviews, they are coming up with new ideas to endorse their film. Nonetheless, Adivi Sesh went overboard and in a promotional video stated that a minimum of 100 Cr budget should be spent on the film.
Adivi Sesh is confident or overconfident; we will get clarity only after release of Goodachari?
