Bandla Legal Fight On Vakkantham!

Producer Bandla Ganesh Babu of Parameshwara Art Productions banner is known for making few blockbusters and a few disasters with super star heroes. However, a court punishing him on cheque bounce case immediately followed by bail sent Telugu film circles to discuss on what really happened behind the scene.

Into Bandla’s version… here it is released through a press note.  

‘Truth is, I purchased Temper story rights from writer Vakkantham Vamsy at Rs. 1.04 Crores. Later we jointly sold the same Hindi remake rights to Rohit Shetty. Without intimating me, Vakkantham again sold Temper rights to an English Novel. I was very much disturbed by this. Immediately, I took the issue to Film Chamber and stopped the balance cheque payment.

When the subject is pending in Film Chamber, Vamsi went to Court and due to my personal delays, Court gave its verdict. When I got to know about the judgment, I got a bail on same. I am not going to leave the issue here. I will file a petition in higher court and fight legally against Vakkantham Vamsy.

 I know who are the real brains behind penning dialogues and expanding the Temper script? Being in film industry from years as a producer who paid crores remuneration for artists, directors and technicians, can’t I pay a meager 9 Lakhs to Vamsy? My Fans and well wishers, please try to understand the ground reality.’
