Chiru Reacts On RGV and Satakarni

After a very long gap, Chiranjeevi took time to interact with media friends in the status of Mega Star at the instance of ‘Khaidi No 150’ release. As press folks were excited, Chiru responded piously to all the questions including Ram Gopal Varma’s recent controversy to welcoming Balakrishna’s 100th film.

- Balakrishna is one of my best friends and we both share a good bond. I wish his Gauthami Puthra Satakarni also fares well. It reminds me of those old golden days when my films including with Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Vekatesh are queued up.

- Personally, I do not have any differences with Ram Gopal Varma. But, it is Naga Babu’s sentiments have hurt. As such, I don’t take serious about RGV comments. I would not like to extend any of my reactions on this issue.

- I heard to many writers and many stories before taking up ‘Kaththi’ remake because I wanted my milestone 150th film to be based on a social issue. When all the writers came up with only commercial lines, I choose for remake.

- Charan took time and invited Pawan Kalyan personally for Khaidi No 150 pre release function but Pawan said he is busy with other works. Anyhow, he conveyed wishes through Twitter.

- Alone Ramcharan will have guest appearance in Khaidi No 150 while rest of our family heroes will make their presence in the title credits.

- Film industry changed drastically in last ten years with technological advancements. I feel so good to work at this age with such talented technicians. 

- Coming to my future films, I have Surender Reddy and Boyapati Srinu in the lineup. Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’s powerful script is also in final working stages.
