Hyderabad, Jan 12: Stating that they were satisfied with the Centre&rsquo;s steps to carve out a separate Telangana state, Minister for Information Technology K Venkat Reddy and Minister for Higher Education D Sridhar Babu on Tuesday conveyed their decision to withdraw their resignations to their posts in the Cabinet. Meanwhile, the Legislators have refused to withdraw their resignations by announcing that they will abide by the decision of the all-party Joint Action Committee which is spearheading the separate statehood issue.
The two Ministers withdrew their resignations a day after Congress president D Srinivas asked all the Legislators and Ministers belonging to the Congress party to withdraw their resignations saying they should abide by the High Command&rsquo;s decision on the issue. After meeting Mr Srinivas the two Ministers said that they were satisfied that the Centre has stood by its Dec 9 statement which said it would initiate the bifurcation of the state.
Of the 13 Ministers from Telangana region who had resigned over the issued, 11 had withdrawn their resignations on Dec 31, while Mr Venkat Reddy and Mr Sridhar Babu had said they would do so only after the centre initiates the process for Telangana state.Meanwhile the Congress party legislators decision of not to withdraw their papers came after they met and decided that they will stick to the JAC&rsquo;s stand on the issue. The JAC is scheduled to meet later on Tuesday to decide on the further course of action on the issue.&nbsp;

Release of &lsquo;Adurs&rsquo; and huge collections from Telangana region will once again be diverted to work on the movement that is against Telangana state formation. He showed his acting talent showing variations in his body language and screen presence. He tried to excite all with the crime thriller. The first four episodes progress in a interesting and exciting manner. He designed the character of Naresh Agasthya. The happenings involving the character of Anji is good. But these things could have been shown in the more impactful manner.Sasidhar Munnangi the loses plot in the last three episodes diluting the intensity levels. Had these scenes designed in &nbsp;an interesting manner, things would have been different. The more subplots as the investigation progresses resulted in the decrease of interest leves as it resulted in confusion all over. It turned out to be a mixed bag with few scenes getting dragged unnecessarily and some scenes ending rather abruptly.Many murder mysteries came with such plot and very few of them are engaging. Rudravanam PS also fails to engage. The first four episodes though interesting are dragged showing the restlessness in the police force and the story do not head anywhere. The entire story is narrated in the last two episodes and the &nbsp;motive of the culprit is shown in the last episode and this is little interesting. However, even that pales due to the weak motive.Ashkar Ali with his cinematography showed the rural village atmosphere in the natural and realistic manner. However Madhav's editing should have been &nbsp;more sharper as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The background music of Saluri Vasu Rao is good and added value to the narration. Little finetuning of the script and racy screenplay and powerful emotions would have added more punch to the story. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2 rating for Rudravanam PS.

Bhavani (Keerthy Suresh) is the powerful matriarch who controls the kingdom and tries to protect its traditions and authority.However, her world gets disturbed when Rudra (Radhika Apte), an outsider with a personal vendetta, enters Pernuru with plans to take control. What follows is a violent battle involving power, revenge, betrayals and family rivalries. How Bhavani handles the threat and what happens to the kingdom form the rest of the story.Akka Web Series: PerformancesKeerthy Suresh gets a strong character in Bhavani, but the writing does not give her enough emotional depth to make the role memorable. She manages to bring some authority to the character, although the overall impact remains limited.Radhika Apte gets an interesting role as Rudra, but her characterisation and dialogue delivery do not create the desired impact. He tried to come up with numerous questions and with different screenplay and taking, use of various technological jargons, he decided to provided the answers.While he generated interest with some of the scenes, the investigation scenes irritates viewers with the overaction of the cast and the repetitive scenes. The end of the first half sets the stage for the second half. Couple of twists in the second half turnout to be ok but many scenes in the second half turned repetitive and routine. There are many illogical scenes and also the climax scenes looks out of snyc.Ashirvad &amp; Suman Jeeva's background score followed the same template. While in the beginning it is good and makes an impact, later it turned out to be typical and routine. Jagadeesh Bommisetti's cinematography is of good standards. He showed the scenes in a decent and appealing way. The VFX and CGI are decent. Editing of Poorvaj could have been far better especially in the second half. The entire first half is loaded with predictable elements and the story picks up pace only after the entry of Vishwak Sen &nbsp;and the games in the party. The interval bang sets the stage for the second half.The second half is racy with the unraveling of the mystery and blended with action elements. But &nbsp;the flashback turns routine and climax lacks the thrill. The film ends with the lead to the sequel. The story resembles that of Squid Games and though it is new to the Telugu movie lovers on the big screen, those who watches similar films in OTTs find nothing exciting.The background music of Ravi Basrur elevated many scenes. Still, there are a few entertaining moments and twists that keep the film watchable before it reaches a predictable conclusion.Trivikram's story does not offer anything particularly new apart from a couple of twists. The screenplay is straightforward and lacks the novelty expected from him. However, his trademark dialogue writing and the performances help the film in several places.Thaman's songs do not make much of an impact and are not presented particularly well on screen. His background score, however, is effective and suits the proceedings.Ravi K Chandran's cinematography gives the film a colourful and appealing look. He narrated the story in episode manner to avoid confusion. While the start is racy, the narration pace dips a bit during the college scenes. The college happenings &nbsp;are shown in a natural way though it did not add much value to the proceedings.The screenplay turns racy once the protagonist experiences the scary happenings. The interval bang is well placed and sets the tone for the second half.The second half leads to unraveling of the mystery with the flashback episodes. Some of the scenes however turned tiresome but the director managed to make an overall impact. The director depended on the sound design which is of high standard to scare viewers with jump scares. He grows up as a ferocious, going to any extent to protect his people guy. To bring him on track, his family gets him married to Jayamma (Rashmika). She tries to change him. At the same time, the whole Madras region is hit by a terrible famine, British commissioner Sir Theodore Hector (Arnold Vosloo) was appointed as the commissioner for Madras presidency and his brutal decisions leads to looting grains, lands with heavy taxes and people are dying of hunger. When Ranabaali witness that suffering with his own eyes, he turns into a rebel fighting for his people. How does he protect and turns into a nightmare to Britishers forms the crux of the story.Ranabaali (2026) Movie: Artists ReviewVijay Deverakonda is genuinely sincere as Ranabaali. This is totally away from his usual urban lover boy image. He has worked hard on his body language as a drunk, careless youth in early scenes and as a ferocious warrior in action blocks. Initially it seems his Rayalaseema dialect and histrionics seem forced but gets better as the movie progresses. In many scenes, his eyes and expressions do more talking than dialogues. Interval bang and climax are where he truly shines. You can feel the anger, helplessness and pain of a leader in him.Rashmika as Jayamma is lovely but her screen time is limited. In the first half, her scenes with Vijay are heartwarming, they give you that light feel in such a heavy film. She brings grace and emotion, and it's good to see she in a role which has very good importance to the story proceedings. But she suddenly disappear and only appears during the later hour in second half and brings emotional anchor.Lal as Bhadramallanna appears in just 2-3 scenes but makes an impact. Mummy fame Arnold Vosloo as brutal commissioner did menacing act. Eshwari Rao, Vivek Sagar, Kancharapalem Kishore and others are fine in their parts.Ranabaali (2026) Movie: Technicians ReviewIf you compare both halves, first half is definitely better. Rahul takes his time to create the world of 1858 Rayalaseema - the Palegaadu system, the British torture, Ranabaali's personal life. Even it is a bit slow here and there, but the Vijay - Rashmika track and period detailing keep us hooked. Interval gives a good high. Second half starts on a powerful note but soon becomes too heavy. The film keeps showing back to back suffering, battles and grief. After a point, it feel choked. We can feel the suffering more than the heroism, because the heroic payoffs don't elevate mainly due to lack of pulsating BGM. With a runtime of almost 2 hours 58 minutes, it feels stretched.Technically, the film is rich. Cinematography by Jishnu Bhattacharjee, and Nirav Shah is one of the biggest assets, it beautifully captures the dry lands, forts and villages of 19th century Rayalaseema. Production design needs a special mention. Except for a few hill portions, you won't feel it's a set, it looks like a real location. Costumes and art department have done a great job. Where the film slips badly is music. Except for Melody song between Vijay and Rashmika, no other song registers. For a film of this scale, it is expected a thundering BGM to lift those elevation scenes. But the score by Ajay - Atul duo lacks that power. That's why even well shot heroic moments and heavy emotional scenes don't give you goosebumps. If those painful scenes had ended with a strong high, the impact would have been much better. Tharun Bhascker provides a few lighter moments, but his comedy could have been used more effectively.The film finally finds some emotional strength in the last 30 minutes. This is a moment of happiness for Venkatesh fans that Kavitha of Telangana Jaagruthi Samithi on behalf of TRS activists and T-agitators has given the word that no hurdles will be in place for ‘Namo Venkatesha’ release. Answering to a media question Kavitha said, “Our fight is only against Andhra investors who are against the formation of Telangana state. Neither of the members from Venkatesh family has commented against Telangana or its formation. We will not create any obstacles for release of Venaktesh starrer ‘Namo Venkatesha’ in Telangana.” So, it is happy that at least few of star movies are releasing for Sankranthi.
