This Is Perfect Wrong Strategy!

Why is it Tamil stars like Ajith, Vijay and many other heroes doing extra ordinary business in Tamil Nadu are unable to develop a market of their own in Telugu states something like Kamal Hasan, Rajinikanth and Vishal have done? If half of the problem lies in planning their movie releases in AP, TS; the other half lies in poor promotional strategies implemented. 

For example, Editor Mohan’s son Jayam Ravi is all set to enter in Tollywood with ‘Yama Pasham’ releasing this week. This is the Telugu dubbed version to first Tamil zombie film ‘Miruthan.’ Of course, their sketch to release the movie parallel in Telugu, Tamil can be appreciated but to what extent, they have done the ground work in reaching the Telugu audience?

This is a perfect wrong strategy to launch Jayam Ravi who in fact had a blockbuster like ‘Thani Oruvan’ to credit. ‘Yama Pasham’ should have got strong content and the chances of Telugu public to adore it are high. But, crux lies in taking the film close to audience by planning a correct release strategy. No main theater locked till now, positioning is evidentially a mess along with void in publicity. Resultantly majority of movie lovers in Telugu states aren’t even informed on both Jayam Ravi and his ‘Yama Pasham.’ Such pitfalls result only in utmost disappointment. This ‘Yama Pasham’ can literally become a ‘Yama Pasham’ to Jayam Ravi’s future in Tollywood.
