Pure Telugu Heroine Disappointed!

There is always a lot of furor on why are Telugu girls staying away from glamour industry wherein directors and producers are depending upon neighboring Mumbai, Kerala and Chennai for borrowing right faces besides our star and young heroes. There were days in the past when directors encouraged native talents to inject more authenticity into characterizations there by connecting with audience pulse easily.

Now, situations have changed. A heroine need not be a performer. If she is ready for skin show with no complaints raised regarding the dilution of her character in the film, producers and directors are happily paying the remuneration. Under this dim environment, Telugu girl Sree Mukhi gained some prominence with yesterday released ‘Chandrika.’

Though Sree Mukhi is not as popular as star heroines, her selection of roles and recent appearance in a TV music show raised the curiosity bar. However, this horror-thriller opened to disastrous talk despite Sree Mukhi has put in a decent performance. Definitely, she would have been disappointed with final verdict out in trade circles.
