'Kick 2' Special Benefit Shows!

Planning benefit shows/premier shows to cash on the excitement of Fans has become a new business tool. Fans groups are organizing these special shows prior by one day to actual release of a film. Generally, midnight shows from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM are scheduled in various areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States for ‘Bahubali’ and ‘Srimanthudu.’ Although, the benefit show culture used to prevail for star heroes films few years ago but this has become vogue with increasing records competition between our top heroes.

A positive talk from midnight shows would help piling of huge collections from day one and this would also fulfill the Fans thirst to watch their favorite hero’s film on first day first show. Ticket prices for these shows would commonly range from Rs.500 to Rs.10, 000 depending upon hero’s charisma and Fan following. Inspired by this benefit show formula in India, now NRIs in USA, Canada, Australia and UK are also making good business through such shows.    

However, the subject to discuss here is about Raviteja’s ‘Kick 2’ is also going to have midnight shows today (early morning tomorrow) exclusively premiered for Mass Maharaj Fans. As of now, Brhamarambha Theater in Kukatpally is the only one screen locked. Let us see, will there be any extra additions to the list or that’s all.
