When magnum opuses like ‘Bahubali’ is arriving with earth shattering positive energy, even stars like Mahesh Babu would take it in positive stride to show a green flag. It’s not the matter of egos or fear factors, it’s clearly a matter of concern one have towards the betterment of industry.

When media questioned Mahesh Babu about why is his ‘Srimanthudu’ release got postponed from July 17th to August 7th, the reply is simple and honest. ‘We all should be proud of ‘Bahubali’ being a magnanimous film made in Telugu. We must also pray for big success of this film because if something happens to this movie, every film would be affected.

The only reason we have postponed ‘Srimanthudu’ is to accommodate safe gap of three to four weeks from ‘Bahubali.’ If ‘Bahubali’ scores a blockbuster, it will have a fair positive impact even on our film also,’ Mahesh Babu explained. Well, Rajamouli should have been pleased with the support from Tollywood Super Star.
