'Patas' Inspired from 'Aadi'

‘Aadi’ has been a milestone film in Junior NTR film career. He roused to enormous stardom from there on developing a smashing image. In fact, that was a challenge for both director VV Vinayak and NTR to deal such a powerful and high voltage action entertainer in Seema backdrop. Looks like, assistant director turned writer turned director Anil Ravipudi took lots of inspiration from ‘Aadi’ to debut into direction with a story like ‘Patas’ with Kalyanram as hero.

‘I wasn’t scared or feared to handle a racy action script of ‘Patas’ because I drew inspiration from ‘Aadi.’ I thought of introducing myself with a mass, action script and I did it with ‘Patas’ which is in fact high on comic quotient too,’ Anil said. The film is hitting the screens on 23rd of this month.
