Jiah Khan Suicide in 'Bold Bollywood'

Jiah Khan has been the promising actor whose career came to an abrupt end with the mystery suicide. This death was a shocking incident which rocked entire country to show the uglier side of glamorous film industry. In the past, many film makers have attempted to show this side in the form of feature films but only few ere successful. Now, here comes one more debutant director Rikshhit Matta finding a heavy inspiration from the suicide of Jiah Khan and started the film ‘Bold Bollywood.’

“Media reports surrounding the sad death of Jiah Khan, the heartbreak and subsequent loss moved me. Success in Bollywood is elusive and there are a lot of pitfalls. My film is a sincere attempt to expose the underbelly of the film fraternity. One of the characters in my movie is similar to Jiah Khan,’ director said. Hazel Keech, Sandeepa Dhar, Shweta Bharadwaj, Rajpal Yadav and Manoj Joshi are playing the key roles.
