Why Not CSK Be Banned?

Chennai Super Kings, the Super team at on going IPL owned by N. Srinivasan, president of BCCI and MD of India Cements with Gurunath Meiyappan as its Principal should be barred from playing the final match with Mumbai Indians on Sunday, is the call from many cricket lovers. As per the BCCI rules book, any franchisee contract can be terminated if owners act in any way which has a material adverse effect upon the reputation or standing of the league. 

Bollywood actor Vindoo Dara Singh’s confessions before Mumbai Crime Branch police have revealed the breach of rules by CSK team on the terms of confidentiality. When BCCI/IPL has acted promptly in terminating of contracts with many teams, why should not be the same apply for CSK team to get it scrapped?
