It is also alleged that she received $172K (over ₹1.4 crore) into the foreign bank account of her sister, Geraldine J Walker, and Australian $26K (over ₹10 lakh) into the foreign bank account of her brother, Warren J Fernandez.While framing the charges, ASJ Prashant Sharma said, “I conclude that prima facie there is sufficient material on record, raising a strong suspicion that the accused Jacqueline Fernandez committed the offence under section 3 of PMLA, punishable under section 4 of PMLA.”The court also observed, “During the recording of the statement, Jacqueline Fernandez and, upon being confronted with evidence of the purchase of cars for the parents of Jacqueline, recovered from the mobile of Pinki, she admitted to receiving cars from her parents, which indicated her connivance with the accused Sukash for concealing the use of POC, which was to buy the cars for her parents.”

AMB Cinemas is ready to launch the only IMAX screen in the Telugu states. The new screen will come up at AMB Classic Victory in Hyderabad. Sobhan did full justice to all the departments he handled.Pradeep Maddali highlighted how people of Godavari districts take rooster fights as a prestige issue and how few anti social elements take advantage of the gambling. He ensured that the narration doesnot turn into completely serious tone but told in a entertaining manner.The webseries has six episodes and the first episode starts with the introduction of lead actors and the missing of the rooster. The nnarration takes entertaining route with the investigation. All the investigation, scene recreation and others have been written in a funny manner.However, some scenes got repeated and this slowed the pace of the narration, diluting the tempo. Some scenes looked forced and some are not brought to the logical conclusion. One gets a feeling that there could have been few thrillinng scenes while revealing the antagonist. While the first two episodes are hilarious and is narrated at a fast pace, the third episode slows the proceedings.Fourth episode turns the story interesting before the &nbsp;runup to the climax.The music of Saket Komanduri is pleasant ad appealing. The backstory and Trikala generates interest at the start but right after that he ends up confusing with non linear screenplay.The first half has been dragged to the core and the slow pace impacted the output. Though some clarity comes in the second half, it turns out to be routine with psychpath kind of elevations and monotonous scenes. The film lacked the natural feel and everything looks artificial in the end.Pavan Chenna's cinematography is ok. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music also fall in the same zone. Song on mother is ok. Director Mani Tellaguti himself handled the editing and it turned out to be a huge let down. He should have done away with many unnecessary scenes. The entire story revolves around a single point and he tries to excite viewers with confusing screenplay.To some extent he emerged successful but with the passage of time, one gets a feeling that the story is not moving any further. He tried to make up for it with hilarious scene in the police station during the preclimax. The entire first half is dragged with the love scenes featuring the lead pairs. The interval twist sets the tone for the second half. The pace picks up in the second half but the so called twists can be easily predicted.The music for the film is tuned by Ilayaraja. The songs looked like serial songs and offered nothing new. and the background music turned out to be a huge disappointment. One cannot believe that Ilayaraja scored the music for the film. The cinematography of Arvind Kannabiran is good. He showed the scenes in a realistic manner adding aesthetic elements. The editing of Junaid Siddiqui could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He came up with a simple story of how a family tries to protect themselves when on attack from dreaded gangsters. Many such films came earlier but Subhash K Raj narrated it in a different manner trying to send message to the society.He showed father training his daughter to be brave and not to tolerate any injustice not only to the family but others in the society despite mother expressing her own fears. He also highlighted the importance of martial arts and how it will be helpful as a self defence system.He started the narration in &nbsp;a gripping manner and then the narration and screenplay turns racy throughout the first half. The first half ends in a decent manner setting the stage for the second half. The second half also treads in a similar manner but pace dips at times and due to few repetitive and dragged scenes. The climax too turns out to be weak.Arun Radhakrishnan's cinematography is good. He used the camera angles and color combinations to perfection do give a natural and realistic feel. Ravi Basrur's background music is impactful and added value to the narration. The editing of Pradeep E Ragav is decent enough except for few drags here and there and repetitive scenes. Dialogues are thoughprovoking, inspirational and motivational. Many films came earlier with similar concept and Veeru Vulavala tried to generate humour and entertain movie lovers with this story highlighting the frustration of the husbands. The entire first half is loaded with the fights between husband and wife and the happenings between the friends and court scenes. All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. Climax twist is decent &nbsp;to some extent.Satish Muthyala's cinematography is good. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is just ok and so is the background music. Editing of Koti left a lot to be desired. There are many unnecessary scenes that impacted the final output. But the routine shades and slow pace ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The entire second half is loaded with emotional content. The twist in the pre climax is good and the climax turns out to be emotional.There are many unnecessary scenes that defies logic and also the conflict is not shown in &nbsp;a convincing manner. The relationship and connection to four kids and the granny is not shown properly.Aravind Thirukovela with his cinematography turned the scenes colorful and visually appealing on the screen. Sooraj S Kurup's songs are just average. He however made up for it with his background music adding value to the narration. Ram Jagadeesh's dialogues are relevant, interesting and motivational. Editing of Raviteja Giriala left a lot to be desired. Though the film's duration is less, the editing made it feel like the film is never ending. He continues from where he left in Drishyam 2 and the narration progresses in the same vein. He starts the narration in an interesting manner increasing the curiosity levels highlighting the fears of the protagonist in the wake of the recent developments which got him unwanted media attention.He also showed the emotional situation and trauma of the female cop who experiences shock of her son's death and how to deal ith them. He slowly corelates both the incidents and developments and showed the media trail and social media impact on the protagonist's family. He concentrated on the happenings in Varun's life and tried to surprise viewers.Though Jeethu Joseph tried to highlight the emotional complications and implications and also worked hard to maintain the thrill factor, viewers who watched the first two parts, feel everything is stretched and they could easily guess the next scenes and proceedings. They feel that Jeethu Joseph stretched the narration and the so called thrill factor to a point of no return. The slow pace in the first half tests the patience of the viewers. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. To the top of it, when viewers expect a shocking climax, the simple climax turns out to be a major disappointment. The way protagonist comes with silly ideas turns out to be a huge disappointment. The Telugu dubbing turned out to be the worst.The editing of Vinayak VS could have been far better. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The cinematography of Satheesh Kurup is in sync with the story. He used the camera angles and color combinations to give realistic and natural feel to the proceedings.The music of Anil Johnson is ok and his background score elevated the scenes. For most of the first half, he spent time introducing various characters, establishing their problems and the proceedings in the court and elevate their emotions before introducing Suriya in an interesting and exciting manner. The slow pace tend to put off viewers as the scenes are predictable till the entry of Suriya.The narration picks up pace with the entry of Suriya and the spiritual elements generated curiosity. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. The comedy scenes looked outdated and dragged the narration to the next level.The pre climax is good but inspired by films like Kantara and Pushpa but lacked the strong emotions associated with them. RJ.Balaji followed the similar template in Veerabhadrudu which he did in Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman except for few variations.The songs tuned by Sai Abhyankar had Tamil flavor. It is difficult to connect cords. His background score at times is good but at other times it turned out to be extremely loud. Kalaivanan's editing is ok but could have been far better.
