'Khiladi' down without a Fight

Despite the Telugu market is opened wide and no big flicks in the fray, this is time for many small budgeted releases to check their luck. Accordingly, we have seen last three weeks flushed with several dubbing, small and medium budgeted projects releasing. However we did not see even one sticking to Box Office and ‘Poola Rangadu, Ishq’ carrying their dream run without any solid opposition.

Tamil hero Vishal starring ‘Khiladi’ that has hit the screens this week after too many postponements with hot babes Neetu Chandra, Tanushree Dutta and Sarah Jane Dias in lead has come down even without giving a fight. Trade reports say of ‘Khiladi’ hasn’t scored even 50% of openings on release day and the graph fell down drastically from second day. Tamil version ‘Teeratha Vilayattu Pillai’ is also a big let down in Chennai.
