Poni takes to direction

After Prakash Raj, it is the turn of his wife Soni Varma to don the director's cap.

Prakash Raj, after playing many character roles, has produced and directed Dhoni which is due for releases this month.

His wife, Poni whose ratings as choreographer soared with The Dirty Picture is now following her husband.

Poni, who started her career in Bollywood as a choreographer a decade back is following the footsteps of Farah Khan, Kiran Rao and others who became directors  after their successful stint as choreographers.

The buzz is that Prakash Raj is creating a base in Bollywood. Any way the couple must be having a nice time as directors.
