Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh K Rosaiah assured the workers of Telugu cinema Industry that the Government will provide all the possible help from its side for their welfare.
Laying a foundation stone for the M Prabhakar Reddy Chitrpuri colony here on Wednesday, the chief minister expressed the hope that all the workers of Telugu Cinema Industry will have a house of their own in this colony.
The Housing colony for cine workers, technicians and artistes and junior workers of the Telugu film industry will spread over 67 acres of land according to elected representatives of the society. There are about 24 categories of workers in the Telugu cinema industry here which includes the technicians and cameramen apart from the actors actresses. Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy and Minister for Information Dr J Geetha Reddy also were present on the occasion.
