Nani and Srikanth Odela’s period action drama The Paradise has set a new benchmark in Tollywood. Mythri Movie Makers acquired the Nizam theatrical rights for a record Rs 37 crore on an outright basis. The deal reflects huge trade confidence and marks one of the biggest territory sales for a Nani film.

Set in 1980s Secunderabad, The Paradise is mounted on a Rs 200 crore budget. The cast includes Janhvi Kapoor, Mohan Babu, and Raghav Juyal. Mythri, known for big acquisitions, is positioning the film for September 2026 release across Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada with a pan-Indian promotional strategy.

The Rs 37 crore Nizam deal pushes Nani into Tier-1 star range. Trade expects the Telugu version alone to cross Rs 100 crore theatrical. After recent hits, Nani’s market value has surged and The Paradise is being billed as his career-biggest release to date.

Analysts project total pre-release business of Rs 170 - 200 crore plus across all territories and rights. With Srikanth Odela’s rising reputation after his debut and strong multilingual buzz, distributors are bullish. If numbers hold, The Paradise could redefine Nani’s box office standing in Telugu cinema this year.
