Shah Rukh Khan Buys Delhi Family Home For 37 Crore

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan has bought the second and third floors of his childhood home in South Delhi’s Panchsheel Park for ₹37 crore, reports say. The 1,200 square yard property now gives the Khan family full ownership. The area is known for luxury bungalows and celebrity residences.
The building holds deep emotional value for SRK as it was his family home before moving to Mumbai. The basement and ground floor were already owned by them. The new deal completes the entire building. Panchsheel Park land rates are among Delhi’s highest, at around ₹34,260 per sq ft.
SRK and Gauri Khan are known for smart property investments. Gauri, a noted interior designer, has designed their homes. The couple owns Mannat in Mumbai, villas in Dubai and London, plus commercial spaces. Their portfolio reflects a focus on premium locations and long-term value.
Beyond films, SRK runs Red Chillies Entertainment and co-owns Kolkata Knight Riders. With son Aryan, he launched lifestyle brand D'YAVOL with premium whisky and apparel.
