Arun Govil says Ranbir has an uphill task for Ramayana

Arun Govil says Ranbir has an uphill task for Ramayana. Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi's Ramayana directed by Nitesh Tiwari has been the cynosure of all eyes. The project is made in two parts in a prestigious manner.
In the meantime, Arun Govil who immortalised the role of Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana on the small screen says “Nobody wants to see another Rama.”
He continued, "Yes, in Ramayana, I’m playing King Dashrath, Lord Rama’s father. Had I felt it wasn’t right, I would not have done it. To be honest, initially, I didn’t want to do this role. But Nitesh Tiwari, the director, was insistent. They wanted some connect between our Ramayan and this Ramayana."
He added, “As Rama, I won’t be able to tell you anything about him, but he is a good actor, there is no doubt about that. He is also a fine human being.”
