The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. Rajhessh performed well in the role of the antagonist Patel and the scenes featuring him and Srinath stands out. Gayathri Ramana made her debut and she performed well in the role of a innocent young girl who also takes a bold stand while choosing her life partner.
Rajkumar Kasireddy and Muralidhar Goud made their presence felt with their performances. Vishwabath Mandalika is ok in the role of&nbsp; the lead actor's father. Kamakshi Bhaskarla got limited screen presence and in one scene she came up with powerful performance. Others performed according to their roles.

Mension House Mallesh story is penned by Bala Satish. Bala Satish came up with a story in the backdrop of a rustic village atmosphere. The story has no new elements and lacks freshness. It starts in a predictable manner and continues in the same vein right from the start to the finish.
He added mass elements and double-meaning dialogues to appeal to B,C centres. He drew inspiration from the films like Ek Mini Katha and others. He took the core point from such kind of films which viewers were treated with earlier and added mass elements to attract.
Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. The story turned out to be routine and predictable and screenplay turned out to be uni dimensional and convenient. Direction followed the familiar traits.
Suresh Bobbili's background music is according to the story and the narration. The songs are situational and didnot make much impact. Ammamuthu's cinematography highlighted the rustic village atmosphere quite well and in a realistic and natural manner. The editing of Garry.BH is ok but could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that impacted the flow of the narration. Dialogues are penned to attract the masses. Production values are good.

Sivaji did well in the role of a honest person who goes all out to save his family when faced with a difficult situation. He showed good expressions and emotions and his bod language is natural and realistic.

Roshan is ok in the role of their son.After a longtime, Prince Cecil is see in a key role and he is ok with is performance.&nbsp; Dhanraj performed in a typical manner in the role of the police officer and it is tailormade for him. Ali's role failed to evoke laughs.

Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani story is written by Sudheer Ram. He tried to come up with a hilarious crime thriller and for that he came up with a tried and tested formula. His story drew inspiration from films like Drushyam and many other films alike.
He tried to blend humor and thrills but failed on both fronts. He starts the narration by introducing the protagonist's family as a different one by adding a hilarious touch. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.
The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. While the first half has routine elements, the second half fared no better as it had artificial elements and this tested the patience of the viewers. Preclimax and Climax turned out to be even more silly.
Cinematography of Ritwik Reddy is ok and BGM of Ranjin Raj is in sync with the narration. The editing of Balu Manoj failed completely. Production values are ok.

However, the director Sudheer Ram came up with a weak story that missed everything. Many such stories came earlier and right from the start till the finish, the script is loaded with artificial elements and illogical scenes. Even on OTT this wouldn't have worked and the makers took a bold decision going for the theatrical release. The makers should have scrutinized the story and script and reworked on the writing before proceeding ahead with the project. Reba Monica John played the role of the ACP.&nbsp; Her role is used just to take the story forward and she didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just passed through the motions.&nbsp;

However once the mysterious deaths start happening screenplay is in place and the narration picks up pace. Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;
The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.
People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.
Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;
Kaala Bhairava with his background music elevated the scenes according to the narration. The editing of Sreekar Prasad is decent except for few repetitive scenes here and there. Production values of Light Box Media, Picture Perfect Entertainment are good.&nbsp;

S.Saraswathi story is penned by Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Varalakshmi planned to touch the contemprary and the burning topic of atroticies on women and how justice is denied to them. She tried to add the medical disorder in order to add surprise element to the proceedings and the investigation process.
Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.
While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.
With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.
Thaman's music and songs though situational acted as speedbrakers. His background music is in sync with the story. A.M. Edwin Sakay's cinematograhpy is good and showed the scenes in a realistic and believable manner.
Venkat Raajen's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that turned out to be repetitive and slowed the pace of the narration.
Production values of Dosa Diaries are good.

When the first half ends, viewers heave a sigh of relief , expecting a better second half.
The second half continues in the same vein with many illogical scenes. However couple of scenes in the run up to the pre climax and climax adds value and connect chords of some viewers. Finally the film ends in a predictable happy manner. Screenplay looked forced and the direction treaded in an aimless manner.
Amarnath's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that looked out of sync and unnecessary to the proceedings. However, he couldn't be faulted as the story itself turned out to be weak. VRK Naidu's cinematography is as per the story and did justice to the scenes. Tamil Nadu gave Rs 47 crore. Overseas markets added Rs 43 crore. The Telugu version called Veerabhadrudu did very well too. It made Rs 11.5 crore in Telugu states in three days. Karnataka gave Rs 10 crore and Kerala gave Rs 7 crore. Rest of India added Rs 1.5 crore. The film is seeing strong word of mouth. On Monday, Karuppu held well with double digit numbers in Tamil Nadu. This shows people like the film after the first weekend.The four day total for Karuppu has crossed Rs 135 crore gross worldwide. Day four was strong in all South states. Veerabhadrudu is also doing big business in Telugu states. The four day total for the Telugu version is around Rs 14.5 crore gross. The film needs about Rs 18 crore share to break even in AP and Telangana. It has already recovered most of the amount. Trade reports say Veerabhadrudu will reach break even by day five or six. This is a big win for Suriya in the Telugu marke. Karuppu proves his strong fan base there.With Monday numbers, Karuppu is now Suriya’s top film ever. It passed Singam 2 which made Rs 125 crore in its full run. The film is set to cross Rs 150 crore gross in week one. Experts say it can easily reach Rs 200 crore. The target now is the Rs 250 crore club. The film is doing well in Tamil Nadu, Telugu states, Karnataka, Kerala, and overseas. Veerabhadrudu is holding strong shows in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Vijayawada.Suriya has a firm hold on the Telugu states. His films get big openings and long runs there.
