Sreeleela Mother Denies Dating Rumours With Tilak Varma

Dr Swarnalatha, mother of actress Sreeleela, said the rumours about her daughter and cricketer Tilak Varma are false. She is a well known gynecologist. She said there is no truth in the news that Sreeleela and Tilak are in a relationship. The stories started on social media and have no base. She added that they do not know how such false reports come out. Sreeleela is now fully focused on her studies and films. She is not thinking about marriage or relationships at present.

Sreeleela is preparing for her NEET PG exam in June. Dr Swarnalatha said her daughter has five to six years before she plans anything personal. She is managing both studies and acting well. Sreeleela recently worked on big projects in Telugu and Hindi. She is also getting offers from Tamil cinema. The family wants her to pick only good scripts. She will take a short break before signing the next film.

The rumours grew after two events. In December 2025, Sreeleela visited Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple on Vaikuntha Ekadashi with her mother. Tilak Varma was also at the temple with his family at the same time. Later, Sreeleela went to a T20 World Cup match at Wankhede Stadium. One of her team members was seen in a jersey linked to Tilak. Dr Swarnalatha said both events were just chance. Social media created stories from these small things. She called it unfair to link people without proof.

Sreeleela was earlier linked to actor Kartik Aaryan during their film with Anurag Basu. Dr Swarnalatha said she knows Kartik’s mother because both are gynecologists. They meet for medical work only. People then started rumours about Sreeleela and Kartik too. The family requests fans to avoid such gossip. Sreeleela will share updates about her new movies soon. She is busy with shootings and exam preparation right now.
