Ram Charan Peddi Breaks North America Pre-Sale Record In Just 4 Hours

Ram Charan’s new film Peddi is already making big news before it even hits theatres. The rural sports drama, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, started advance bookings in North America and crossed $100K in only four hours. That is a new record for any Indian film in terms of day one pre-sales. The craze is huge, and this is happening even without a trailer out yet. Fans trust Ram Charan’s pull and they are curious about Buchi Babu Sana’s unique style.
Prathyangira Cinemas is handling the North America release. The team is also planning a big release in Sri Lanka, Australia, Singapore, and other countries. What is amazing is how little the team has shown till now. Only two songs, two small glimpses, and a few posters are out. But each update got a massive response online. People love Ram Charan’s rugged look and the raw village feel of the film.
The film is made by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas. Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings are also part of the project. Peddi will release across India on June 4, with special premiere shows on June 3. Trade experts say the early sales show Ram Charan’s strong fan base overseas.
With a trailer still to come, Peddi has already set a new mark. The hype is real, and fans are counting days for June. If the trailer clicks, the buzz will only get bigger. For now, Peddi is showing how strong word of mouth and star power can move tickets fast.
