He is Balakrishna & Bapu's First Choice

The very moment when we speak about the movie ‘Luva Kusa,’ equivalent to NTR and Anjali Devi, we remember Kantha Rao, who played the memorable role of Lakshmana. Now, ‘Sree Rama Rajyam’ has got an easy option of Srikanth for the same role and he was first and last choice.

‘When we thought of somebody for the character of Lakshmana; Bapu garu and myself had only one choice in our minds and that was Srikanth. He is one of the best and friendly actors in present industry,’ said Balakrishna. 

Hero Srikanth is double clucky because, this would be the second movie for him with Bapu after ‘Radha Gopalam’ and ‘Sree Rama Rajyam’ completes his combination with all the Top Four of Tollywood; viz. ‘Shankardada’ with Chiranjeevi, ‘Ninne Premistha’ with Nagarjuna, ‘Sankranthi’ with Venkatesh and now ‘Sree Rama Rajyam’ with Balakrishna.
