Director cheats the 'Nude' heroine

Kamalini Mukherjee’s so called nude scene in the Malayalam movie ‘Kutty Shranku’ has become a buzz subject in entire south film industry. Although the scene can’t be called a ‘Nude’ one because of the only show of bare bottom yet media publicized it heavily as ‘Nude.’

When media expressed the doubts over usage of ‘Body Double’ in picturising this alone scene, director Shaji N Karun came out clear saying that it was indeed the genuine scene where Kamalini exposed her bare butt and this gave good momentum for the movie publicity. When the same news reached Kamalini Mukherjee, she slammed the director’s comments and called it as a cheap trick for publicity by cheating her and claimed that a ‘Body Double’ was used in the scene.
