New Movie Releases on OTT Platforms This Weekend

This weekend, OTT viewers are in for a treat with a wide range of entertainment options. Several new movies are set to premiere on popular streaming platforms, including Netflix, Prime Video, SonyLIV, JioHotstar, Aha Video, and ZEE5. Among the new releases are Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi's Thandel, Sharwanand's Manamey, Vishwak Sen's Laila, and the Malayalam thriller Rekha Chitram.

Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is now streaming on Netflix. The film will be available for streaming in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. Rekha Chitram, a Malayalam thriller featuring Asif Ali, Anaswara Rajan, and Mammootty, will stream on SonyLIV in multiple languages. Baapu, a Telugu film directed by Dayakar Reddy, on JioHotstar started streaming.

In addition to Thandel and Rekha Chitram, several other new movies are also made their debut on OTT platforms this weekend. Sharwanand's Manamey, a youthful family entertainer, will finally release on Prime Video after a long delay. Vishwak Sen's Laila, which faced a disastrous run in theaters, is available for streaming on Aha Video. Manikandan's superhit movie Kudumbasthaan is also available on ZEE5.
