Andhra Pradesh Dy CM Pawan Kalyan who expressed his anger and outrage, even started the prayaschitha deeksha (Atonement deeksha) begging for mercy from the God.

But when he expressed his anger on Karthi who in a diplomatic manner avoided to delve into the matter during the promotions of his upcoming film Meiyazhagan which is releasing in Telugu as Satyam Sundaram,many right thinking people are saying Pawan is going overboard. They point out that since Karthi has no powerful and influential background in Tollywood,he targeted him and also Prakash Raj who any way will keep quiet due to his close bonding with the mega family. They are wondering why Pawan Kalyan is not questioning the silence of all the top stars of Tollywood over the Laddoo controversy.
