TJ Gnanavel To Explore The Life Of Dosa King

Acclaimed filmmaker Tj Gnanavel is set to helm a new pan-Indian project, Dosa King, produced by Junglee Pictures. The film is based on the real-life legal battle between Jeevajothi and P Rajagopal, the founder of Hotel Saravana Bhavan. Gnanavel, who covered the case as a journalist, aims to explore untold aspects of the story, delving into themes of ambition, power, and justice.

Dosa King will chronicle the rise and fall of Saravana Bhavan, a globally renowned restaurant chain, and the courageous Jeevajothi who challenged the influential tycoon. The film promises to bring a fresh perspective to the crime narrative, shedding light on lesser-known facets of the case.

Tj Gnanavel's upcoming film, Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, is scheduled for release on October 10, coinciding with Dussehra. The movie is currently in post-production, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The first single, Manasilayo, was launched recently.
