Kamal Haasan Embraces AI, Heads to US for Intensive Course At 69, Kamal Haasan continues to defy age and embrace cutting-edge technology. This weekend, the veteran actor embarked on a 90-day AI course at a top US institute, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to incorporating the latest advancements into his cinematic endeavors.

While Kamal will attend the course for 45 days before returning to India to fulfill his work obligations, his dedication to AI is evident. He has long been a proponent of integrating technology into filmmaking, stating in a past interview, "Cinema is my life. I’m not merely an actor, but a producer too, and I reinvest everything I earn from movies into the industry."

This commitment is reflected in his recent projects, including "Indian 2" where he utilized prosthetics to portray a 100-year-old action star, and "Kalki 2898 AD," which heavily relies on VFX to bring his antagonist character, Yaskin, to life.

Kamal's foray into AI follows a similar trend in Bollywood, where Anil Kapoor recently earned a spot on Time magazine's list of 100 most influential people in the realm of AI. Kapoor's inclusion stemmed from his landmark court case victory, which secured his rights to his voice, mannerisms, and dialogues, including his iconic catchphrase "Jhakaas!"

As Kamal delves deeper into the world of AI, it's exciting to anticipate how he will utilize this technology to further push the boundaries of filmmaking in his upcoming projects, including "Indian 3" and "Thug Life."
