The trailer opens with a glimpse into the world of Prem Singh (Vikrant Massey), a seemingly ordinary house help in the affluent Sector 36, who harbors a sinister secret. As Inspector Ram Charan Pandey (Deepak Dobriyal) investigates a string of missing children, the truth about Prem's true nature is unveiled, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats.

The trailer masterfully builds tension, showcasing Prem's chillingly calculated methods and the desperate race against time for the police inspector. The chase takes a personal turn when children from the inspector's own slum go missing, adding a raw, emotional layer to the already gripping narrative.

The film, inspired by true events, delves into the disturbing reality of class disparity and the unchecked crime that thrives in the shadows.

Vikrant Massey, known for his versatility, reveals his chilling portrayal of Prem, stating, "Stepping into the character of Prem for this film was unlike anything I’ve done before. To convincingly play a layered and terrifying killer who could pass off as any other person has been difficult."

Deepak Dobriyal, portraying the determined inspector, adds, “I was captivated by the Sector 36 script from the very beginning. It’s a powerful thriller that brings to light class disparity, and how crime thrives when left unchecked”.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films and Jio Studios, 'Sector 36' is written by Bodhayan Roychaudhury. The film promises a gripping tale of suspense, crime, and the human cost of unchecked darkness, premiering on Netflix on September 13.
