Raveena Tandon danced with bleeding knees.Raveena Tandon, known for her iconic roles and captivating performances, recently opened up about the challenges she faced while shooting the sensual "Tip Tip Barsa Pani" song from the 1994 blockbuster "Mohra." While the song became synonymous with sensuality and the chemistry between Raveena and Akshay Kumar was electrifying, the reality behind the scenes was far from glamorous.

In a recent interview, Raveena recalled, "They don't use geyser-heated water for these rain songs; it's freezing cold water from a tanker! We were shooting on a construction site, and I couldn't wear knee pads or heels because of all the stones and nails. You can see me sliding on my knees in the song. I had bleeding knees and ankles! I even had to get a tetanus shot because a rusted nail pierced through my foot."

The actress emphasized that the glamour was just a facade, saying, "It looks glamorous, and you might think we had a blast, but we didn't. It was painful, I had bruises, and only my face was happy. On the second day, after repeated cold showers, I got a fever, and I had to shoot for the next three days with it."

Despite the hardships, "Tip Tip Barsa Pani" became a chartbuster, though Raveena revealed that the more popular song from that film was "Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast."

Raveena and Akshay's on-screen chemistry was undeniable, and after "Mohra," they even got engaged, although the relationship later ended. They are now set to reunite for the upcoming film "Welcome to the Jungle," promising another exciting collaboration.

Raveena's honest account serves as a reminder that the glamorous world of Bollywood often comes with hidden struggles and sacrifices, and that the captivating visuals on screen are often achieved through sheer grit and determination.
