In a press conference held in Bengaluru, Rishab expressed his joy and gratitude, stating that he is honored to receive the award and dedicates it to Puneeth Rajkumar, the people of Kannada, and the dancers.

Rishab Shetty credited the success of "Kantara" to the entire team, including the production house Hombale Films, which received four awards. He thanked the film's DOP, his wife Pragnya Shetty, who was the costume designer, and the music composer Ajaneesh Loknath for their crucial contributions to the film's success. Rishab also expressed his gratitude to all the actors and technical crew members who worked on the film.
