Recently, the makers revealed the first look poster of Regina Cassandra, who plays a pivotal role in the film, sporting a never-seen-before look. The poster features Regina Cassandra in a cropped shirt, baggy denim trousers, black jacket, and a beany cap, with Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan in the backdrop.

The film's production banner, Lyca Productions, shared the poster on social media, captioning it "Bravery knows no bounds!" Regina Cassandra reshared the post on her social media handles expressing her excitement about the project. However, details about her character in the film are still under wraps. Vidaamuyarchi is reportedly loosely based on the 1997 American film Breakdown, with Ajith Kumar playing the role of Arjun and Trisha Krishnan as his wife Pallavi.
